If there is no professional service for tablets, smartphones, e-book readers or GPS navigation in your area there is the possibility of safely shipping your equipment to our company. To do this, simply download the request form below, fill it in and attach it to your shipment. Once we have received your device, we will call you with information about further repairs.

Before sending the equipment :

• Please call our service department for an estimate of initial repair costs
• Download, print and then fill in application form (in particular First Name, Surname, contact telephone and email address)
• Include information about the observed symptoms of damage
• If the device has been flooded, remove the battery and pack it separately
• In any case, the charger currently in use should be included
• Pack the device in such a way that it does not move around inside during transport, preferably in the original box. We also suggest wrapping the device with several layers of bubble wrap.
• For shipping laptops, we recommend courier companies with insured delivery.

On receipt, our service technicians will carry out a full diagnostic of the equipment, accurately quote the cost of repair (usually not exceeding the initial quote) and inform you of the expected time to complete the repair. Repaired equipment is shipped COD (payment on delivery) to the address provided on the service request form. Shipping orders are subject to all the rules and regulations of our service.
A courier from a reputable company will collect the package from your home. We recommend this form of shipping.
